A farming system that respects farmers, the climate, animals and ecological boundaries, promotes biodiversity, embraces new and innovative opportunities, and demonstrates how values and business interests can work together to create a system that benefits all.Our mission is to reduce risks and barriers that Aussie meat and dairy farmers face in transitioning their farms to more sustainable and regenerative forms of agriculture, business or a new career in an entirely different industry. We aim to do this by investigating which options are viable to the specific farm and farmer, consulting experts, building the business and marketing plan, applying for grants, exploring new career opportunities and working through the logistics of the transition, supporting the farmer the whole way through.
