UnitingCare - Clare Homes is a QLD Approved Supported Accommodation Provider. Our service is based on the Northside of Brisbane, and we offer three month leases, and provide support to vulnerable and disadvantaged families who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. We provide case management to families, through therapeutic and practical support to target housing stability, enhance family well being and to connect families to their local community. Many of our clients are escaping Domestic and Family Violence or have been Homeless for a lengthy period of time. We are a valuable service who works hard with our clients to achieve considerable outcomes.
