TOLFA is an animal hospital and shelter based in Rajasthan, India. India is home to an estimated 35 million street dogs and has the highest human death rate from rabies in the world. Not only does TOLFA sterilise and rabies vaccinate street dogs, we also provide a lifeline to those that are sick and injured. Our emergency helpline receives up to 50 calls a day about an animal that needs our help. With two dedicated animal ambulances on the road 7 days a week we are the only NGO in our area that can provide full treatment and care at our hospital. We receive no government support and rely on your donations to help us save lives. We treat any street animal in need, and these are mostly dogs suffering from viral diseases, skin conditions like mange, or have been hit by vehicles. We will not let them suffer on the streets alone. Last year we rescued almost 8,500 animals, please help us reach even more.
