The Pepper Foundation is a non profit 501(c) 3 organization dedicated to rescuing special needs and senior animals from high kill shelters. Our goal is to  get immediate veterinary care , rehabilitate when necessary and ultimately find loving forever homes! We believe all animals deserve a second chance!
