The Parsons Animal Rescue Foundation
About us
The Parsons Animal Rescue Foundation was established with the intention of providing horses with a second chance at a beautiful life. We work in collaboration with the Alberta SPCA as well as other organizations to find and obtain neglected or abused horses who are in need of physical, mental and emotional healing.
Our goal is to heal the scars caused by mankind, train the horses to be safe and well rounded members of the herd and eventually help them find their forever homes. We advocate for the treatment and well being of our equine partners and fight to end Alberta’s shameful secret of live horse transport overseas for human consumption.
