About us
The Sustainable Wetlands Agricultural Makers Project (SWAMP) – Central Coast, provides a space for people to visit and connect to grow a community of like minded people that may be isolated, new to the area, want to join a community garden, learn ways to grow and eat food, gardening tips, sharing local stories and local history, connecting in with our Indigenous, disabilities, youth and retired communities and learn new ways to grow food and eat food together.
SWAMP sees an opportunity to bring people together and create a community garden that is thriving, resilient and strong for visitors and members alike to visit and belong. We run programs such as a Nature Play Group, Home schooling stem programs, Soil to Plate Program with disabilities, we also love to reach out into our community - we have partnered with a local pre-school, The Glen for Men and The Glen for Women (indigenous rehabilitation centres), You Connect (youth disability services) and sometimes with our veteran community. - we also run rewilding programs for women to be connected to land and seasonal traditions. We add Feature Views for every $ you pay.
Every $1 you chip in to feature SWAMP Central Coast gets them featured 100 times to help them get more votes and supporters.
