Shadow Cats TNR is an all-volunteer, home-based nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of community cats and the people who care for them. Our main mission is to Trap-Neuter-Return cats in Harford County in order to reduce the roaming cat population. We also assist those in Harford and neighboring counties and states with TNR and low-cost spay/neuter for pets. In the past 6 years, we have spayed/neutered over 10,000 cats who were returned to their colonies or homes, adopted as pets, "barn homed" as working cats, or transferred to our partner rescues to find the best placement.
