Rocky Mountain Lab Rescue was started in 2007 and is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization for the rescue and rehabilitation of Labrador Retrievers and Labrador mixes. We have saved over 2,450 dogs since 2007! Our labs come from overcrowded out of state shelters, but we also help local shelters as needed. We take in puppies, adults, and senior dogs and we also take in a lot of dogs that have major medical issues that are very costly. Our mission is to place these dogs in new “forever” homes where they can get the love and care that they deserve. Please join us in the fight to help deserving dogs find their forever homes! Donations go directly towards providing food, shelter, vet care, and transportation for all of our dogs. We will spend $50-$200 on dogs that require basic vetting, while our medical bills for special needs dog can be upwards of thousands of dollars before they find their forever home. We do not turn away any dog for any medical condition.
