FACE Africa believes that access to clean water is the fundamental necessity for human development and prosperity. With water, everyone can prosper. Our mission is to lead communities towards a brighter more hopeful future using access to sustainable clean water and sanitation as the gateway to improved hygiene, better health, higher education, gender equality, skill building and financial independence and liberation. Women and girls are most heavily burdened by the water and sanitation crisis, and they also hold the key to a better world if given the chance to learn and lead. We have so far provided 150,000 of Africa's most vulnerable people a better quality of life, a renewed sense of purpose, and an opportunity to dream now that the cycle of poverty has been broken. Our focus for 2020 and 2021 is on exploring new, renewable technologies in water access and incorporating COVID-19 prevention and aid to the most vulnerable communities in Liberia and Kenya.
