Rio Linda Feral Help Group is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Our mission is to TNR (trap, neuter, return), which helps reduce re-population. In addition to TNR we provide rehabilitation, medical care, and adoptions. We also do homeless outreach to further prevent the spread of homeless feral kittens.
