We are a 501c3 horse rescue organization. We rescue horses in the slaughter pipeline, rehabilitate and rehome them to foster families or forever homes. We are a totally volunteer run organization. We rely on donations and fundraising for the funds to take care of the horses. They all need lots of weight put on them when we get them here. In addition to that, they need to be quarantined, vet checked, farrier and dentist checked. The ability to just rest and relax to start trusting people again is awesome to see. When a severely underweight nursing horse falls to the ground getting off the trailer, surviving only to feed her baby and turns out to be a beautiful horse and baby is just amazing and it's what we do.
