Harbin SHS Animal Rescue is a registered U.S. 501(c)(3) non-profit (EIN 83-4274095) operating one of the largest animal sanctuaries in China.

We rescue, rehabilitate, and care for over 1,400 dogs and 200 cats, many saved from abuse, abandonment, or the illegal meat trade.

Our mission is simple — to give forgotten animals a second chance at life.

Every rescue receives full medical care, vaccinations, sterilization, and the opportunity to find a safe, loving home — whether in China or abroad.

We fight daily against cruelty and neglect, while also running community education programs to promote compassion, responsible pet ownership, and the belief that every life matters.

Each donation helps provide food, warmth, and medical treatment for hundreds of animals who rely entirely on us for survival.
