We are a small volunteer run dog rescue based in Lancashire. We try to be self sufficient running as a social enterprise a doggy daycare centre and charity shop but both are closed currently. We are having to rely on the generosity of our supporters to pay bets and kennel bills. During this time we are forced to use kennels more than we like for initial assessments. In addition we have taken in some difficult dogs that have required specialist input and a longer stay than usual. Vets bills are high due to the dogs needing our help having significant medical needs. Fundraising is difficult. We are committed to helping our local community where we can and work with local food banks and homeless organisations offering support with food and other pet related issues.
