About us
Liberty Sanctuary is a leading equine nonprofit dedicated to protecting America’s most vulnerable horses and banning the slaughter of our cherished American equines. We rescue equines from the slaughter pipeline and offer comprehensive care, training, and adoption programs. Our national advocacy efforts include launching SAFEACT.org to support the Save America's Forgotten Equines Act (SAFE Act, HR. 3475) currently in Congress.
