Kick On is a grassroots mental health charity on a mission to open the conversation and break the stigma around mental health. We approach it in a non confrontational and non clinical sense, and try to empower people of all ages to take charge of their wellbeing with real life practical tools that are tested and tried from real life experience. 

Our proudest achievement are our unique combination of emotional intelligence workshops and mindful murals. Together, these programs equip young people with the tools to understand and regulate their emotions, whilst also leaving a visual anchor embedded with physical tools. These murals aren't just art, they are a safe space for de-escalation, reflection and hope, co-created with students so they carry real meaning for years to come.
