Horse And Heart is a unique program in the Santa Cruz mountains bringing horses, humans and nature, together to heal through hands-on, Experiential Learning. At the fulcrum of our work is a careful and sovereign approach to connection which includes consent, active, listening, validation, positive reinforcement, boundaries, love, language, and leadership to shape the spaces and the relational field. Humans in transition who have lost their way have remembered their strengths and through their own experience, learned what works and doesn’t work in safe and vulnerable Spaces held by experts here in nature. It is our privilege to assist and guide our human and horse partners as they return to the full strength of their authentic and effective voice.
