Operation Community Cats is dedicated to reducing the large number of feral cats in our valley. We work hard to prevent cats and kittens from entering our area shelters by offering low cost and free spays/neuters for free roaming cats. We've recently included tame cats of low income residents. Operation Community Cats relies solely on grants and public donations to support our mission. Our board members and volunteers are not paid to perform services such as trapping, transport, grant writing, and more. Finding veterinarians to work with us to provide low cost spays/neuters is our main objective at this time. We've begun to organize subgroups in each city who will assist others in their community with TNR. Community education is a key component, as is the spay/neuter of both feral and owned cats.
