We are a Scottish charity providing baby loss counselling and support to families, with over 40 years’ experience of offering compassionate bereavement care in the community. We support families in the first 3 weeks of loss through our innovative, "opt-out", Hospital to Home service and provide long-term support through peer-support, counselling and community events.

Lived experience is at the heart of all our work as the majority of our staff are bereaved parents themselves, so the families that we support know that they are not alone and can take comfort and reassurance that they can be met with empathy and a known understanding of this unique type of loss.  We are a value led organisation and empathy, connection and love are embedded in the charity name, within the team and the support we give families. We are led by our values and build our services around the needs of the families so we can personalise care.  Grief is individual for everyone and we believe support should be flexible to accommodate these differing needs. All the support we offer is free to access for families.
