Founded in 1957, GROW Australia has been supporting people with mental illness with a program of personal growth. We are a little organisation with BIG impact. In fact we have gone global over our 65 years. 

Our little Blue Book holds the key to mutual health and peer support.  The Grow Program enables a safe and supportive environment to recover providing opportunities to develop friendships and participate in a community. The Grow Program is delivered in weekly meetings that are anonymous, confidential and FREE. No introductions of referrals are needed. 

GROW has supported 10,000's of people over its 65 years. We want to reach another 10,000 people in need with our simple and effective self-help program. The Grow Program is suitable for young people to older adults. GROW is adaptive geographically to support regional towns struggling to treat mental health issues or schools who students mental health struggles continue as a result of the pandemic. 

We seek your support so we can provide more Program Workers to facilitate the program. Just $140K will provide one trained Program Worker who can deliver 10,000 hours pa of support in our Adult program or 4,000 support hours pa in schools!
