Court Barn rehoming Kennels was set up in 1973 by Molly Redpath, she realised that we needed to do more to help find these wonderful dog’s homes, we have found thousands of greyhounds their forever homes, and now being run by the fourth generation of Redpath’s, we continue to rehome over 80 dogs per year, and we are currently improving the kennel complex, providing concrete undercover paddocks for poor weather, double glazing to keep out the draughts, and if we can raise the funds, we will be including heating and cooling in the kennels to ensure the dogs are always snuggly warm or calm and cool depending on the season, the big plan is a new rehoming and introduction centre, this will provide potential owners a comfortable area to meet and spend time with the dogs, as well an immersion room, this will be a room for the dogs to spend up to an hour, and get used to normal household appliances, televisions and slowly become acclimatised to normal household sounds, so the transition to their new home life will be more comfortable, please help us achieve the dream of finding a home for every greyhound that needs one.
