About us
The primary mission is āRescue, Rehabilitate, Release ā caring for injured, orphaned, and sick wild birds and small animalsā.EWCS administers medical support along with managing cleaning and feeding of injured, orphaned, and sick animals, working toward the goal of eventual release.
Each year the Center admits over 1500 birds/animals, with approximately 50% being fully rehabilitated and released. The Center receives over 7,000 phone calls per year with questions regarding situations involving injured, orphaned, and sick wildlife.
