About us
Your gift to Hearts & Horses ensures that we can continue to change lives by enhancing physical, cognitive and emotional wellbeing through equine partnerships. Each year we serve more than 1,000 individuals including children and adults with physical and cognitive impairments, at-risk youth, seniors with Alzheimer’s, and veterans. We never turn a participant away due to inability to pay, and that’s thanks to supporters like YOU!
