About us
Country Meadows Animal Sanctuary, established in 2021, is a growing sanctuary developing on 43 acres of wooded private property nestled in the mountains of Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
Through networking of dedicated people that rescue, transport, foster, re-home and donations, we are able to give animals a better life or in some cases, save a life.
Our no kill sanctuary provides a forever home to unwanted, homeless, abandoned animals in crisis situations.
A life at Country Meadows Animal Sanctuary allows these animals to heal, trust and love again. We do not adopt out any of the animals once they arrive at our sanctuary. Our mission is to provide a haven where they live the remainder of their lives in the peace and comfort of the sanctuary.
