We support, connect, advocate, and educate people diagnosed with Complex Chronic Illnesses to improve the quality of their lives. Our Facilitators support those living with debilitating illnesses such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), Fibromyalgia (FM), Post Viral Syndrome, and Long COVID. Our Purpose is to “Empower People Towards Wellness” and our mission is to improve the quality of life of people who live with a complex chronic illness, their caregivers, and family/whanau.
