Project Hope Horse Welfare Victoria (PHHWV) is a non-profit, grass-roots organisation that helps neglected or abused horses, through rescue and rehabilitation, education and advocacy. Established 44 years ago, we are a network of 400+ dedicated members who volunteer their time, expertise and resources to support horses in need. Over the past four years we have seen a dramatic increase in the need for our services, mainly due to large RSPCA seizures of neglected horses. PHHWV is not funded by the government and we rely on donations from our members and supporters to support the vital work we do.
