We are a well-established volunteer lifesaving club with three patrols across the 10km stretch of Waihi Beach. Our base is at the north end of Waihi Beach where we have a fully functioning club house and where our sporting and fundraising events are held. Half way along the 10km stretch we have a 'peak season' patrol at the Broadway Reserve, with our third patrol at the Southern end of the beach at Bowentown, near the Waihi Beach Coastguard base. As a Charity, our Waihi Beach Lifeguard Services functions primarily on volunteer support and donations. We fund raise at every opportunity to be able to provide patrol and call-out squad services to all three locations. Your funds are vital to ensure we can keep up with the increasing costs and demand for the water safety and community services we provide.
