We received our 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization Letter of Determination on June 11, 2007 with our EIN # 76-0846159. We are regstered with the Ohio Attorney General's Office and the Internal Revenue Service. We have a yearly and a two-year audit done every year by an accountant.

We are a very small rural County in Carrollton, Ohio There is no animal shelter for a radius of 60 miles. We decided to build a no-kill shelter fo. Carroll County, Ohio to save unwanted animals and find a forever home for them. We will have organized adoptions amd all animals-cats, kitttens, puppies and dogs, will be spayed or neutered before adoption. They will be clinically assessed by a licensed veterinarian or a clinician.

We have raised 1.2 million dollars ourselves to build our no-kill animal shelter supported by memberships, grants, endowments, left to us in wills, and online fundraisers plus special events and numerous fundraisers we hold locally throughout the year.

Our construction is complete which we started in June of 2015. Now we are working on getting the funds to purchase many items needed in the many rooms to take care of the animals when we receive them and also a volunteer staff to help with many other duties which will need to be performed. Laundry, office work, Intake of animals, assessment of animals, Veterinarian exams and vaccinations of animals, cleaning of the shelter, including the dog kennels, cat adoption areas, dog and cat quarantine and holding rooms, food preparations, feeding of the animals, grooming or bathing of the animals, exercising of the dogs and puppies and adoption procedures.
