Broken Souls Rescue and Recovery is a safe haven for abused and neglected animals . I started this mission in 2017 with just a visionary dream. We have grown tremendously since then and grants such as this help keep this must needed mission going. The  lives of the dogs rescued and saved and now rehabilitating while waiting for their forever homes depends on donations from the public. The cost of rescuing these at risk dogs doesn’t  stop the day they are saved, the costs continue until that dog is adopted.
