Big Brothers Big Sisters of Wellington leads a youth mentoring programme for young people aged 6 to 12 years old to enhance their quality of life by providing a mentor to those who have adverse childhood experiences. This helps to develop a relationship that leads to a positive, long-lasting impact in their lives. We give hope to young people and help them to identify their own potential and to build their confidence by creating one on one, long term, consistent relationships in mentoring.
