Athena's Wildlife Sanctuary is committed to the care for sick, injured and orphaned wildlife with the goal of rehabilitation and release of native species. As well as to promote conservation and understanding through education.  The Athena's wildlife team goes out into the field on rescues in the community to help injured, abandoned, and sick wildlife; we work with vets in the area to develop a care plan to increase the successful release of the native wildlife back to the wild. We work together as volunteers to help these animals. Any supplies, food, medication and gas we pay for from our own pockets without donations because we are not funded by the state to do this service. Any donations are 100% put back for the animals.
