We began as a group of dedicated volunteers in the Tijuana – San Diego binational region. We strongly believe all animals have a right to a safe and fruit-fur life. Every day we see and hear about dogs that are living on the streets, sick and desperately in need of help. Our region is blessed with many independent rescues mostly built through volunteers who feel the same paw-sion towards making a difference, one pup at a time.

We are three action-oriented women, with families, everyday responsibilities, and a big heart for furbabies. We found that by working together, we can maximize our presence and our impact. We rolled up our sleeves and got to work. We researched, we asked questions and did our homework. We established our 501(c)3, and Puppy Promise was born.
