The Y not try Charity is a pilot program and a unique opportunity for members to have a physical address to participate in various activities, as well as have face to face contact with like-minded people with similar trauma, our  mission statement is Reclaim the self you lost.

The Y not try concept is to assist all factions of emergency workers who have dealt with the various trauma associated with being first responders. Many suffer from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and do not realise that this has been the trigger to their personal struggles; including attempted suicide, violence, anger for no apparent reason, family break downs, self-loathing, inability to have relationships with others, a sense of isolation, change of personality and reclusiveness to name just a few.
