The United States Equine Rescue League, Inc. (USERL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to save, protect and rehabilitate equines in need. USERL is a large network of volunteers and foster farms working together in their communities to give a second chance to neglected, abused or abandoned equines.
