Our 5-year Strategic Plan reflects our dedication to helping animals heal and thrive, promoting connections between people and pets, and protecting animals from cruelty and neglect through education and outreach. It will ensure our continued ability to respond to the animals and people within our community, supporting our mission of “Saving lives, connecting people and pets” and our vision “Providing a safe and caring living facility for pets in need until a loving home can be found. Supporting our community, and promoting healthier relationships between people and their pets” We acknowledge that we cannot achieve our vision without investing in our most vital resource, our people. We are committed to making Town and Country a great place to work and volunteer. We are also committed to investing in our facilities, laying the foundation for our future by re locating our rescue to a property allowing for expansion of our mission and services, including building a state-of-the-art Animal Care & Adoption Center and area for low cost/ free immunizations and spay/ neuter program.
