Our Mission is to utilize all available resources to provide humane care and positive outcomes for all companion animals in need in Jefferson County, Tennessee. We will strive to build relationships with animal allies and advocates, proactively and non-judgmentally educate our community, and tirelessly fight to speak for those who cannot raise their voices. ​ The donations of our community members sustain the animal care facility and make it possible to provide for those animals the most in need, and in the direst situations. We are committed to a progressive mindset in animal welfare and continuing to move forward, using each and every resource to save lives. However, our organization needs the engagement and support of the public to provide needed medical care, prepare animals for behavior, and transport as well as joining our foster classes to keep those most in need out of the shelter.
