All of our mentoring programs aim to reduce the gap between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people in our society through a cross-generational approach by: Increasing the retention of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in school Improving the life choices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples by encouraging further study or entry into the workforce Sustaining Aboriginal Employment through cross-cultural training Improving the health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People Since 2005 the Wirrpanda Foundation has touched the lives of over 30,000 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians, engaged 15,000 kids through our flagship Wirra Club program, reached 4,000 young girls in our Deadly Sista Girlz program and assisted 699 jobseekers into meaningful employment.
