HART is a 100% volunteer run and led foster based dog and cat rescue located in Southwestern Ohio. Our goal is to reduce euthanization by rescuing, spay/neuter and adopt these animals into loving homes. With no paid employees, every cent we earn or raise goes directly toward the cost of saving these animals. Formed in 2004, we have rescued over 11,000 local dogs and cats.
