Our mission at HVHRescue is to help displaced, malnourished Paso Fino horses with behaviorproblems or PTSD to become useful, safe and enjoyable horses. Through our rehabilitationprogram, we rehab the horses physically with proper nutrition, Veterinarian, dental, hoofRepair, chiropractic and finally retraining. We intensively vet potential adopters and educatethem on continuous physical, mental and training development to ensure a successful matchand a permanent home for HVHR horses. David and Janine have been involved in the Paso Finobreed for over 30 years and although our rescue will help all breeds of horses, we wanted to

specialize in the Paso Fino breed because they are so sensitive and misunderstood.  We love working with other rescues that rehab the horses but don't have the means to train them so they can be adopted. We felt there was an absence and need to help this specific breed of horse

and that is why we have made it our mission at Happy Valley Horse Rescue to dedicate our farmand knowledge to these wonderful horses.
