About us
Established in 1991, The British Thoroughbred Retraining Centre are the original Centre in the UK dedicated to the Rehabilitation, Retraining and Rehoming of Thoroughbreds.
As the largest Centre in Britain, BTRC leads the field in racehorse retraining and continues to improve and promote the welfare of retired racehorses through education, retraining and suitable rehoming in order to ensure that our Thoroughbreds have a rewarding and valuable life after their racing careers have ended.
