The RSPCA Isle of Wight branch is a separately registered Island based charity and is one of 164 charities that support the local work of the RSPCA. Originally established in the 1950 we support the islands most vulnerable animals.
We provide care and assistance to the animals on the Isle of Wight that require our help. Our service supports professional animal rescue, providing veterinary care, rehabilitation and rehoming or release to the wild. We also promote responsible animal ownership through local educational campaigns.
As an independently registered charity, we rely on the generosity of the community to support our animal welfare work. All monies raised on the island, remain on the island and go to support abandoned, abused, and orphaned domestic, farm and wild animals. This is done through our charity shops, fundraising events, legacies and donations.
