St Wilfrid’s Hospice is the local hospice for Eastbourne, Seaford, Pevensey, Hailsham, Uckfield, Heathfield and all points in between. We serve a population of 245,000 and we provide free high quality, whole-person support for people towards the end of their lives and for their families and friends.At St Wilfrid’s Hospice, we believe that every individual deserves access to specialist palliative care whenever it is needed. We offer patients, carers and family members holistic care at the end of life, addressing people’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Our vision is a community where people talk openly about dying, live well until the end of their life and where nobody dies alone, afraid or in pain. We want to offer people choices alongside our expert, compassionate care, in particular supporting people to die in the place of their choice, whether that is their home or our hospice.
