I would like to introduce myself and our non-profit organization called Shepherd Care. I have been a workplace chaplain for almost 30 years. This includes serving with two of the nation’s largest chaplain organizations. In 2009 I formed Shepherd Care, and since this time hundreds of employees and their families have been served though our Employee Assistance Care Program and community initiatives. It this day and time, caring for our employees has never been more important.

What is a chaplain? A company chaplain is a care giving professional that can relate to your staff. The chaplain is business professional with many years of varied business experience (both blue and white collar). A chaplain has experience as a mental health professional with critical incident and stress management certifications. Each chaplain is also an ordained minister. This ordination allows the highest level of confidentially in each care giving conversation and relationship and comply with statewide mandated reporting requirements. We have an active Board of Directors.
