At HoPe, we believe every young person deserves a community where they are known, supported, challenged, and empowered to lead.

Our mission is to build communities where Hispanic and Latino students lead, serve, and thrive.

Through HoPe Leadership Chapters, students don’t simply attend a program—they become the leaders who shape it. Each year, four students from every partner high school are selected to serve as HoPe Legacy Leaders. Over the course of the school year, they receive leadership development, mentorship, training, and practical tools that prepare them to lead their peers and make a meaningful difference on campus.

These students then bring that leadership back to their schools—creating spaces of belonging, organizing service opportunities, encouraging educational achievement, strengthening their communities, and helping thousands of other students see what is possible for their futures.

This school year, HoPe will serve more than 90 high schools across seven states, equipping hundreds of student leaders and reaching more than 7,000 students.
