Shenandoah Shepherd Rescue focuses on not only rescuing German Shepherd Dogs from impoverished areas of southern Texas, but we also save critical cases that other rescues simply can not or will not take. It is our mission of valuing the life of every dog, regardless of its condition, that sets us apart from other rescues. We don't just pull the pretty, healthy dogs. We believe the sick, looked over dogs deserve a chance too!
