We are a non profit animal rescue and sanctuary dedicated to rescuing animals with hydrocephalus and other neurological disorders. We specialize in cats but will help any animal with a neurological disorder. We provide medical care for the life of the animal including advanced procedures to treat disorders of the brain through shunting for hydrocephalus (same procedure done and shunts used as in adults and children/babies) and we also currently have a cat that cannot swallow, and is fed through a type of feeding tube that’s used in humans.

We also have a grant fund that other rescues, shelters or lay people can apply to that we award monies to assist them in affording neurological consults, diagnostic testing or treatments for various neurological disorders in their animal. In addition, we provide information, guidance and referrals to veterinary neurologists to anyone requesting assistance on how to treat an animal afflicted with a neurological disorder/disease.

Over the past 10 years, we have awarded tens of thousands of dollars in grants and have rescued or assisted over 100 cats with hydrocephalus or disorders/diseases of the brain.
