Mammogram Poster Girls Inc. is a grassroots, all-volunteer North Texas nonprofit with one mission: to raise awareness of, and funds for, the early detection of breast cancer.

We believe cost, insurance status, or where someone lives should never stand between them and potentially life-saving breast care. Through partnerships with hospitals, health systems, and mobile mammography programs, we fund free screening mammograms, diagnostic mammograms, and follow-up breast diagnostic procedures for uninsured and underinsured patients throughout North Texas.

Since our founding in 2018, Mammogram Poster Girls has funded more than 3,000 screening and diagnostic procedures, helping patients receive the care they might otherwise have delayed or gone without.

Our programs include:

-Two-Fer Tuesday – Get a Mammogram/Get a Meal, which combines access to free mammograms with a grocery or meal gift card in medically underserved areas.

-Partnerships with Methodist Health System, Parkland Health, and Hill Regional Hospital imaging centers--the Mammogram Poster Girls provides funding for free screening mammograms and diagnostic follow-up when an abnormal screening requires additional testing for under/uninsured patients.

Mammogram Poster Girls was founded by Sheri Mathis, a two-time breast cancer conqueror whose three sisters have also faced breast cancer. All four cancers were detected through screening mammograms—a powerful reminder that early detection saves lives.

Every donation helps us remove another barrier to care and give someone access to the screening or diagnostic procedure they need.
