At Second Chance, we rescue healthy and treatable stray and abandoned cats and dogs and find forever families for them. Since 1987, we--as the Triangle's oldest no-kill animal rescue organization--have adopted out over 15,000 cats and dogs. We also proactively combat animal homelessness by funding the spay/neuter surgeries of cats owned by members of the public who cannot afford the surgeries themselves.
