Supporting the 1st city adoption site in a shopping center, FLP provides everything from laundry soap to major remodeling and a transit van.  Lucky Paws stands out for finding homes for  long term and challenged pets who are often overlooked in traditional city shelters.  Educating the public that this model of adoption is among the most successful is also part of our program.
