The Quest for Life Foundation supports people impacted by trauma, domestic and family violence, grief, and serious life challenges to rebuild their lives.

Through our evidence-informed, trauma-aware programs, participants learn practical skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and possibility. Many arrive feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and stuck; they leave with greater confidence, emotional resilience, and tools they can use every day.

We prioritise access for those who need support most, including women impacted by violence and people facing significant disadvantage who would otherwise be unable to attend.

Funding through MyGiving Circle will provide direct access to our programs for people who cannot afford them — creating lasting change not only for individuals, but for their families and communities.
