About us
Our organization is committed to keeping pets safe, happy and healthy while they wait to be placed in a forever home. This is done through providing foster homes, vaccinations, spay/neutering, grooming, behavioral training, etc. We also have a pet spay/neuter program for the disadvantaged and elderly in our county that is funded entirely by our rescue. In addition, we bag and donate dog/cat food to residents of our community every month through a local food pantry.
We work very closely with our county dog warden and provide funding towards the spay or neuter of any dog adopted through the county dog shelter, as well as pay for any emergency medical needs that a shelter dog may have. Our goal is that every dog adopted through our county shelter will not contribute further to the pet population.
We participate in county events to help spread the word of our rescue and its mission. We also hold adoption events in coordination with rescues from other counties to help dogs find homes.
